Since 1987, the AGGV has had the pleasure of hosting the Art Gallery Paint-In, bringing together local artists, community organizations, and the local community for what has grown to become Vancouver Island’s largest free arts festival, and year after year, it’s our amazing volunteers who are at the heart of it all.
On Vancouver Island, where the flora is diverse and bountiful, we are lucky to have some of the highest quality natural products to choose from. At the AGGV Gallery shop, we are always searching for new local artisans to support, and we’re so excited to share our latest find with you.

The Gallery Shop has recently started to work with Indigenous artist and storyteller Andrea Fritz. Andrea is Coast Salish from the Lyackson First Nation of the Hul’qumi’num speaking Peoples on the West Coast of Canada.
