BIPOC Teen Art Residency

In the fall of 2024, Jeri Engen, Educator, School and Family Programs, and artist, Kemi Craig, sat down to brainstorm a new teen program. From that initial meeting, the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, Person of Colour) Teen Art Residency emerged, a free six-month program embodying the transformative power of mentorship, offering meaningful guidance and support to emerging high school artists as they explore their artistic voices.
